Please be sure to read through this entire post thoroughly. It contains very important information that we’ve found has been confusing to some customers lately.

Hope everyone is having a wonderful week so far! I am glad to be back and really missed being in The Market the past three weeks. I will be here Tuesday and look forward to seeing all of you!

Everyone is really excited about the first order of produce boxes, coming in this week! Be sure to order early for our next order, to be delivered March 8th.

We did notice quite a bit of confusion on how the produce boxes ordering process works, so please read below for important details:

REMEMBER: The rules for ordering produce boxes are a little different than you are used to:

- Payment for produce boxes is due immediately after order. You may pay online right away or mail a check to Rancho Alegre Farm immediately. Normally, you can pay for your order when you pick-up on Tuesday, but the produce boxes are due immediately upon ordering due to logistics. We will work on making the produce boxes available on Tuesday, along with the rest of the products we sell, in the near future.

- Pick-up for produce boxes is every other Friday, not on Tuesdays as usual.

Order Your Organic Produce Boxes Early

The first order of Certified Organic Produce Boxes will be delivered this Friday, so if you purchased one (or two) be sure to come pick-up this Friday, February 22nd, between 2-5 PM at Rancho Alegre Farm.

If you would like to get in on the next order, to be delivered March 8th, you can order now.

Some of the variety produce you will get:

onions * potatoes * tomatoes * garlic * two or three varieties of greens (kale, chard, spinach) * berries * potatoes * broccoli * cabbage * lettuce * apples * carrots * bananas * pears * mushrooms * beets * celery * plums

For all other market products, you can pay when you pick-up, but for the produce boxes, you must pay immediately.

Please pay for your produce boxes as soon as you order them online or mail a check ASAP to Rancho Alegre Farm at 2225 Givens Road, Dacula, GA 30019.

Order Johnston’s Milk Through The Market

Johnston Family Farm is one of our most loved partners. Everyone is really enjoying their high quality homemade cheeses and raw milk labeled for pet consumption. Try their exquisite buttermilk, cream, and chocolate milk. Get Johnston’s dairy products at the market here.

At Rancho Alegre Farm, we are proud to offer raw milk for pet consumption through our Raw Milk Prepaid Program. However, at this time our Raw Milk Prepaid Program is full and closed.

We will notify you when we have more spots available, so in the meantime, please order Johnston’s dairy products at the market here instead.

Johnston also has top quality raw milk for pet consumption and is a great alternative to Rancho Alegre Farm’s raw milk.

We have noticed some people have filled out the raw milk waitlist form on Rancho Alegre Farm’s website and think they have ordered milk. This form is to be put on the waitlist only, not to order milk. To order Johnston’s dairy products at the market, click here. You can get as many gallons as you want with not commitment!

Place Your Order By Monday at 9:00am

Remember that this Online Market is ONLY open Thusdays at 9:00am until Mondays at 9:00am.

After Monday at 9:00am, online ordering will be DISABLED, so you will not be able to place any orders until the following Thursday at 9:00am.

Why? Because we only sell the freshest products, and our farmers/vendors harvest their crops and prepare their products based on your order.

We are a local CSA-style Farmer’s Market, we are not a big-store conglomerate. Each order is custom prepared, so after you order on the weekend, our farmers/vendors get the order ready quickly for you to pick up the next day, Tuesday.

We hope to continue to bring you the best sustainable and nutrient-dense products for many years to come!
